Our physical journals are currently produced and shipped through a trusted print-on-demand partner. Due to this, we do not package or ship orders ourselves, and shipping timelines may vary slightly from standard in-house fulfillment. If you have questions about your order or fulfillment, please visit our Contact page, and we’ll gladly follow up with our fulfillment partner on your behalf.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because our physical journals are made to order through a print-on-demand partner, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your journal arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing issue, please visit our Contact page within 14 days of delivery and let us know. We will gladly work with our fulfillment partner to make it right.
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final. However, if you experience any issues accessing or using your digital purchase, please reach out through our Contact page. We’re happy to help ensure you receive and can properly use what you purchased.
